Proshat Trading and Investment SPC is a registered multidisciplinary architecture and construction firm based in Oman and Iran, delivering residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use projects across both countries.

The practice brings more than 12 years of experience in end-to-end project delivery — from initial concept and design management to on-site construction supervision and execution.

We specialize in aligning architectural design intent with complex structural, technical and spatial requirements, with strict adherence to international HSE protocols and layout optimization standards.

Proshat Poorkhaki trained as an architect at Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch (B.Arch 2012, M.Arch 2017) and founded the studio in 2014.

As a licensed Grade 3 Supervision & Execution engineer (Tehran Construction Engineering Organization), Proshat leads projects end to end — from the first conceptual sketch through design development and engineering coordination to on-site supervision.
